So... I've decided to do a mental health type activity...
The idea is to have a sort of online diary... but with the main focus on highlighting positive things that happen.
What led me to thinking about doing this was I felt like 2017 was a terrible year... But in reflecting on the last year over the last week, it turns out that it wasn't AS terrible as I had imagined.
I don't really want to set a goal of "10 positive things that happened today" in case I have a really rough day.
Today was the first day of the year... I got to spend it hanging out with my amazing wife.
We just chilled most of the day and went out to the movies in the evening.
We are super blessed that basically whenever we choose to go out for dinner and movies we can.
2018 is probably going to be wild!
